The challenge
The owner had already been quoted separately by three trades and the schedules did not line up. Each quote also assumed someone else would handle the finishing work.
What we did
One quotation covering the whole outdoor space, one schedule, one team on site. The awning, aluminium ceiling, autogate and railing were sequenced so nothing had to be redone or touched up afterwards.
